below are our current rates as of 2006. All below rates are subject to
change and can be negotiated. |

| General Photography: Live Venue Music Shoot - $100 per session | ||
| - Up to 1 hour set. | ||
| - Unlimited amount of images, shot on digital, at media-grade high-resolution, 3008 pixel images. | ||
| - Photo clearance/All-Access clearance from the venue and a door comp should be ascertained and be ready prior to show. We will confirm prior to show. | ||
| General Photography: Headshots - $150 per session | ||
| - One set of shots for theatrical shots, one set for commercial; two looks for each classification. | ||
| - Shot on digital only; images provided on CD, which includes a basic retouch. | ||
| - Natural light only. Slightly higher costs if a studio rental is required. | ||
| - Costs do not include a makeup artist. | ||
| General Photography: Glamour/Portfolio Photography, On-Location - $250 | ||
| - Includes unlimited number of images, shot on digital. Minimum of 2 looks. | ||
| - Natural light only. | ||
| - Digital images of the marketable shots will be provided on CD. | ||
| - Rate includes 2 hours with a professional makeup artist present, included. | ||
| General Photography: Event and Private Event - $100 per hour | ||
| - Client will give notice, in writing, prior to the event, as to how many images they desire and how long they would like the shoot to occur. | ||
| - All required clearances, access, etc. must be ascertained and in-place prior to event. | ||
| - All images will be provided on CD or sent electronically within 24 hours. | ||
| - Fees do not include parking or other ancillary fees which must be reimbursed. | ||
| General Photography: Runway / Stage Modeling - $200 per event or $100 per hour (depending on time) | ||
| - Client will determine how many shots are needed and how long the photography is needed. | ||
| - All required clearances must be ascertained and in-place prior to event commencement. | ||
| - Fees do not include parking or other ancillary fees which must be reimbursed. | ||
| - $200 covers up to 6 hours. | ||
| General Photography: Set and Production - $200 per 6 hours // Negotiable for student film | ||
| - Includes unlimited amount of images, shot on high-resolution digital. | ||
| - If you are a low budget, or student film, contact us and we can work within your budget - even if you are poor. | ||
| - We do still images for virtually any type of production (stage, film, television). | ||
| - We do still images for use in connection with publicity and marketing campaigns, both on-set or location. | ||
| - One copy of images will be provided on CD or sent electronically. | ||
| Additional Terms | ||
| - Payment terms are 50% up front, 50% upon delivery. | ||
| - Negatives are NOT provided, unless otherwise indicated above. Negative buyouts are for a minimum additional fee of $500, and we will provide an agreement asserting the Transfer of Rights in connection with the buyout. | ||
| - All nude shoots are private and we only allow required, female staff (if absolutely necessary)to be there and anyone the models request. Generally, if the guests of the model (i.e. boyfriends, girlfriends, family) cause a disturbance they will be asked to leave immediately. Please refer to the FAQ pages for more information. | ||
| - We make every effort to contain outdoor nude shoots from public view, depending on location, but do not guarantee the absolute security of the location, unless the talent demands such. If so, a security fee is required of no less than $500 for additional staff to secure a public location properly, subject to negotiation and terms of the location. All security provided will be licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Security officers are provided by Cooke Protective Services. | ||
| - We provide NO refunds. We will reshoot the photos if you are not completely satisfied. Please see the FAQ pages for further information. | ||
| - Useable images or marketable images is defined as images that would have a market value or that we would use in connection with our own marketing efforts. These images are provided at 600 dpi, fully-corrected, high-resolution, unbugged imagery. Images produced on digital will be produced at 300 dpi. | ||
| - We can provide additional photoshop retouching for your photos or other photos at a rate of $50 per hour. All images produced by Myracleworks Pictures include some retouching. | ||
